Yakiniku is a Japanese grilled meat or BBQ. The beef and vegetables are all cut into thin bite-sized pieces that grill quite quickly. After you grill it, dip it in tare, a soy-based sauce with flavored with sugar, sake, garlic and sesame. Sometimes its already put the sauce before its served so that you dont have to put any sauce. Yakiniku is extremely popular in Japan among people of all ages,
Today, I went to eat Yakiniku at Umeda(Osaka). There are tons of restaurants at Umeda because Umeda is the central business district in Osaka and people use JR Osaka station, Hankyu or Hanshin Umeda station to take or transfer trains.
The name of this restaurant is DonDon(どんどん). Its located 10 mins away from JR Osaka or Hankyu Umeda station. This is a really small restaurant but their yakniku is so tasty.

The waiter told me Grill only one side otherwise the green onions would fall into the grill. That means the meats they have here should be really fresh.
Negitan was pretty good.
