Attached with this letter are:
1) certified copy of my National ID card.
2) certified copy of my Household Registration.
3) original copy of letter(s) from the financial institution stating the amount of fund currently available in the account(s).
4) original copy of bank statement(s) and/or account pass book(s).

I acknowledge that by signing this letter I will be liable for giving financial support to the applicant for the duration of travel in Australia.
